Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $75 CAD or more ship free, and the discount is applied automatically at checkout. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
How much is shipping on smaller orders?
Shipping for orders under $75 is calculated at checkout based on your address and the option you choose.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when available.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. See Returns & Exchanges to start a return.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Email us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll help you swap it, subject to availability.

Yes. Use code WELCOME15 at checkout for 15% off. The code can be used once per customer.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Every product has a size chart, and all charts are collected on our Size Guide page. If you're between sizes, email us and we'll help.

Are the jackets newly made?
Yes. Our varsity jackets are newly made with vintage-inspired styling.
